Okay, first of all, I am very, very thankful for the people who have followed me from youtube onto DeviantArt (you guys put the 'sauce' in 'epicsauce'. Srsly. 8D) and I am also thankful for the people who have clicked the link in my siggy, found my YouTube account, and commented. ^^ You guys make me happy to no end. Like, if I could pixilize myself and send myself through the computer screen, I'd give all of you a medal.

Honestly, I know most people don't read journals unless it concerns them directly, but at least I can keep some semblance of order here. x] *is trying to be serious*

First of all, I feel very blessed and very thankful to the several people who have asked me to have a collab with them. As they are all fantastic editors and amazing people, I'm prioritizing my collab videos with them. I've got four or five collab's underway already, and about three to four MEP parts (this includes my part for Deep Spaces Studios, for which I am very thankful that I became a part of, btw ^^) so...in all honesty, my video life is swamped. =]

But I'm not complaining. It's a big step-up for me, honestly. Five months ago, people barely knew me on YouTube. :giggle:

Also, throughout the whole thing, I've had three people make video requests, and here on DA, two more have also asked. That makes five video requests, and I'm honestly honored. =]

Now, see, the thing is, I can't really promise much, in terms of requests. There are some editors on youtube who can take requests and finish them in less than a month. There are also others out there who state quite clearly in their profile that they don't take requests, for a number of reasons.

I'm still not sure where I lie, so I hope you guys can be patient. =] See, it also depends hugely on the song you want me to use. I've got to get into the feel of it. Below is a list of the requests, and every now and then I'll update this particular journal, so you can see if I decided to do it, okay? ^^ I'll also try and message you guys one by one. =D

-- Toph and Katara tribute - Reflection
-- Zutara AMV - 'Anyplace, Anywhere, Anytime' by Nena and Kim Wilde (I've already downloaded the song =] )
-- Zutara and Taang vid - 'Set the Fire to the Third bar' by Snow Patrol (I'm prioritizing this one, because she's been an amazing watcher, I love her art, and she's been just awesome about her Taang Concept and me taking it ^^)
-- Avatar Tribute - any song from the Tarzan soundtrack

Give me a few more weeks, then check back. Anything I've struck out (like this 8D) means I honestly cannot do it. :ohnoes: I'm sorry! But if I can make it up to you in any other way, just let me know, okay? =]

Also, I've been getting a lot of personal messages in the past few weeks, and some of them have almost the same questions. So, I dedicate a few inches of this screen to a FAQ. =D

1. I haven't seen a new video from you in ages! When are you going to post something??

(8D epiccc.) Like I said, I've got collaborations, MEP (Multi-Editor Project) parts, and schoolwork. I want to prioritize those, before I pay attention to my own video projects. This way, I don't let anyone down. =] Sari.

2. I see you joined (insert editor/host's username here)'s MEP, but I don't see any new uploads from you. Where's your part? /OR/ (after people have watched the MEP) Whoa. When did you send in your part? I didn't see it on my sub list!

(thanks for caring, guys. 8D) Honestly, I don't like uploading MEP or Collab parts, unless I feel I should. Usually, I just send the host the download link via PM. I've done that thrice already. :) I'm just weird that way.

3. Do you take requests?

The million dollar question. =] See above, plzkaythanks. But it's great of you guys to ask! ^^

4. Thank you for the subscription!! Why did you sub me anyway? (three people have pointed out to me that I shouldn't have subbed them because they don't have any uploads. :giggle:)

In my opinion, it'd be rude not to. I like watching videos, I like seeing the different styles people use, and I love seeing the concepts come alive. =] For those who don't upload videos, you were nice enough to sub to me, I should return the favor. Also, I hope you guys know me enough to know that I comment on every vid that comes on my list. And if I'm reading your replies right, you guys are really happy when I do. :giggle: I don't mind if I have more subscriptions than subscribers, and I don't mind if I have a swampload of videos to go through. =] And to that one person who I know is watching me here on DA as well, "YES. I do sub anyone who subs me. Same as here on DA. I will watch anyone who was nice enough to watch me. :giggle: So stop with the eggpie throwing or I'mma do something drastic. xD

Oh.my.gosh. This was absolutely stunning! I LOVE it! =D I mean, seriously! The manipulations were very well done, the effects were beautiful, and I think the song you chose is perfect! It's bittersweet and sad, yet rather hopeful at the same time. You picked the perfect clips to go with it, and I love that you included lyrics at the bottom. It helped get the full meaning of the song across, and it made me appreciate the couples tribute as a whole.
